Given a 3D template molecule, it can align other molecules entered in 2D to that template rapidly and in a biologically-relevant manner. The template molecule could be obtained from a FieldTemplater™ alignment hypothesis, a ligand extracted from the active site of a protein, docking or pharmacophore studies.

FieldAlign™ is ideal for visual inspection of alignments of actives from different series and identifying shared field features or pharmacophores, providing a qualitative indication of field SAR. FieldAlign is useful at the early stage of library design as small virtual libraries can be aligned to an active template and the chemist can select those scaffolds and monomers which together best match the active field template. FieldAlign can also be used as an aid to lead optimisation: iteratively changing molecules in FieldAlign and observing the alignments and field patterns can provide powerful insights into the direction that your chemistry should go. TheSky6 is designed to run on the following operating systems: Windows 98, Windows ME,Windows NT4 (SP 6a required), Windows 2000, Windows XP Home, Windows XP Professional. TheSky6 does NOT run under Windows 95. At least 200MB of disk space is required to install TheSky6 Student Edition and about 1GB for the Serious Astronomer Edition. Over 3GB is required for full installation of TheSky6 Professional Edition. At least 128MB of RAM is recommended (as always, more RAM is better), and a quad-speed or faster CD ROM or DVD drive is desirable during installation. Performance with a processor slower than a 200MHz Pentium or equivalent is likely to be unsatisfactory.

Some users have had problems with installing Cydia on Windows XP. This will be fixed in tomorrow's release.

2.0 How to:
First create a custom IPSW using the IPSW Builder.
Click "Ipwner" and browse for the custom IPSW that you just created. This will pwn itunes and allow you to flash custom IPSW files via DFU mode
Once you have pwned Itunes, put your phone into DFU mode. If you don't know how to do this click here.
Once you are in DFU mode Itunes will pop up and then you can hold shift and click restore and browse to your custom IPSW file.
Done!

Important Notes
Remove Winpwn 1.0 completely if you have it installed. Installing over the top of WinPwn 1.0 will cause problems.
Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes (currently 7.7).
If you already have service with AT&T do not activate or install Youtube Fix.
